Meeting Venue

The conference venue will be the Harbour Inn Conference Center at Sea Pine Resorts. Sea Pines Resort is a 5200-acre oceanfront community located at the south end of Hilton Head Island, SC. This 4-diamond quality resort is home to three golf courses, Sea Pines Racquet Club, two marina villages, miles of ocean beach and leisure trails, an equestrian center, 605-acre forest preserve, numerous restaurants, boutique shops, and a fitness center. Accomodations

Accommodations will be available at the Inn at Harbor Town. Rates for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights will be $119/night + tax + resort fee for either 1 king- or 2 queen-bed rooms. All other nights will be available for $169/night + tax + resort fee. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel directly at 1-866-561-8802. When making your reservation, please ask for the group rate representative and indicate that you are attending the conference "Waltzing to the Nuclear Limits". Rooms are being held for the conference until January, 28 2011. After this date, lodging reservations may be possible if rooms are available but the group rate is not guaranteed.
