BGO setup
NOTE: to access the FERA pedestals in crate #2 two things
must be fulfilled:
- the MSU data acquisition must be stopped. Type 'end'
in the FE control window.
- the MSU system may leave the CAMAC crate in a mode where CNAF
commands cannot be issued. Use the command 'reset_camac lta8xxx:' to
reset the crate (see the
MSU online documentation for the latport numbers). The command is
automatically issued in e.g., the auto_cal.com and tcheck.com files, so
you may not have to issue it by hand. Be sure to issue it before you
use bgo_setup to save your parameters and check that the save was ok
using the list_save utility.
