BGO setup

To set [1] the BGO walk and [2]threshold:

LOG ON TO GUPPY or ANPH15 on the terminal in BGO cave. The terminal can use any of the terminal server ports: 1,3 or 4 (1 is most natural though). The #2 port on the terminal server is used to issue the CNAF commands and should be connected to all the KS3989 'auxiliary' crate controllers via the rs232 (telephone like) distribution box on top of the setup.
make sure the data acquisition is stopped
issue the 'reset_camac" command
put in any source
CFD_SET_WALK: set range and otherwise put in delta values. To change to next channel type 999999999. Take the output from CFD "W" output.
put in 57-Co source. (low energy lines: 14.4Kev 9.8%, 122KeV 86% and 136KeV 11%)
CFD_SET_THR: as above but now setting threshold. Take trigger from CFD "CFT" output and the channel output (via a spectroscopy amplifier) from the input to the energy FERA modules (slots 1-4 of CAMAC crate #2).
BGO_SETUP: save the new settings so we can recover them again
