BGO setup

This is a terse description of how to set Time Pedestalals of the BGO array:

SET DEF [.BGO_CAL]
CHANGE_SETUP: Change the default data file to a specified data file.
use DTHEX1 and DTHEX2 to display hex spectra 1-25 and 26-50.
@TCHECK. This command file measures the time peak centroid of each BGO detector and calculates the difference between each detector and a reference detector. The differences are written out to a data file (D.DTPED). The program will ask which hex should be the reference.
FERA_RESET. Set the time pedestal in the FERA with input file: D.DTPED (generated in above procedure).
BGO_SETUP. To save all "numbers" associated with the Camac crate including the HV settings and and FERA settings that were adjusted. First specify the old file name, then type SAVE.
NOTE: remember to save the parameters after you are done.
misc: 1) use ZAP_THEX to zap the hex time spectra. 2) You want your reference hex to be at or near channel 1562
