Pseudo-scalar meson quark distributions within the Dyson-Schwinger approach
We calculate the impulse approximation to the quark distributions in the pion
and kaon using the Dyson-Schwinger/Bethe-Salpeter equation
approach. The Mellin moments of the distribution functions are
calculated from the forward matrix elements of twist-two operators and are used
to reconstruct the quark distribution functions. The meson distribution amplitudes are also calculated from the
corresponding moments of helicity-flip twist-two operators.
