This year nuclear theorists from ANL and fifteen universities in eight Midwestern states met to discuss problems of mutual interest. We were joined by two visitors from Peking University in Beijing, China. There were fifty-two registered participants: faculty, postdocs and students. Thirty-three presentations were made, covering topics such as: effective field theories; hadron physics and QCD; the nuclear shell model, hypernuclei; relativistic heavy-ion collisions; and dark matter constraints.
