Deuteron Photodisintegration and Pion photoproduction: Mapping the
transition from hadron to quark degrees of freedom in hard, exclusive
processes
Physics Overview: (Poster)
- Broad range of measurements designed to probe the transition from
nucleonic degrees of freedom to quark degrees of freedom in high
energy photon induced reactions.
- Deuteron Photodisintegration: Energy- and angle-dependence of
the cross section, and complete set of polarization observables
- Pion photoproduction: Energy-dependence of charged and neutron
pion photoproduction, polarization transfer in pion production.
Overview of Experimental Program
