gg gatefile format

The format of the gate file that gg is using is nearly the same as for radfords matrix software. E.g., 

      423 500 501 0.5
      635 699 701 1.0
The first number is an id for the gate and the next two are the actual slice channels. The forth argument is new compared to radfords format and allows you to remove double counting for gates that are both primary and secondary gates. In that case you specify 0.5 otherwise specify 1.0
