Beam energy 205MeV. Thick targets. skim1-4 for gs18a

48Ca on 130Te for online efficiency calibration using
the good rotor 174Hf.

gs45 (DO search): 2/96, 36S(159MeV) + 160Gd to produce 192Hg, 5 skimmed
tapes. The original skimmed tape #4 has a problem at the start of the
tape, new copy made that skips the troubled first few blocks. Target
thickness: 80 ug/cm^2 Au: 876ug/cm^2 Gd: 13.06 mg/cm^2 Au. [Target
ladder at 26.6 degrees(from Mike)]
Estimated v/c=0.0177 (from calculation, Frank). Events per skimmed tape>

produce 193Hg. 8 skimmed tapes. Skim tape # 2 has a double end of
file mark 21193 block into the tape. We dont know why and presumably
the rest of the tape is ok. Events on the skimmed tapes>

- Gs100, 36S on 150Gd to produce 192Hg. Started with a beam energy
of 165 MeV, then at tape ~10 changed the energy to 162 MeV. Started on
a target with 230ugAu|1.58mgGd|12.4mgAu (but targets were changed
during the run). There were 47 gs data tapes from the run. The data have
2/3 keV/ch. 4/5/97(2am,effective start time)--4/9/97(4pm),
192Hg: eb1=165Mev, Eb2=162Mev, so Eb(mid-target)=157MeV
