Due to
the current fiscal situation, it was assumed that ATLAS will operate on a five
day per week basis. Because of this unfortunate situation, a somewhat complex
approval process was instituted. The PAC first identified those experiments
that should be run at all cost (priority I). It also identified other
experiments that should be granted beam time if at all possible (priority II).
It is hoped that sufficient flexibility for efficient scheduling and operation
has been achieved in this way. The combined list of the two types of accepted
experiments is given here. The principal investigators have been notified of
the status of their measurement.
