The Registration Fee includes:

• One electronic copy of the Proceedings (printed copies available upon request)
• Book of Abstracts
• Coffee Breaks
• Welcome Reception on Sunday evening
• Excursion on Wednesday afternoon
• Banquet on Wednesday night

Note that you will need to make your hotel reservations separately. See Accommodations

Registration fee received before July 1st
Delegate - $450.00 USD
Student/Retiree - $225.00 USD

Registration fee received on or after July 1st
Delegate - $500.00 USD
Student/Retiree - $275.00 USD

Companions  - $100 to attend Wednesday's Excursion and Banquet

Please note that to visit Argonne on Thursday all attendees will need to complete required DOE documentation to be allowed on-site to Argonne National Laboratory. The workshop registration process will guide you through the required information. In order to go on the Argonne Tour, you will need to complete the registration by July 15th to allow sufficient time for obtaining a clearance.

Non-U.S. citizens planning to go on the ATLAS/ANL Tour:
The Laboratory has added new REQUIRED information recently and it is important that we have all the necessary information. Please provide the additional information by filling out this form and faxing it as indicated on the form. If you still do not have a visa number by July 15, please return the form with all the other information and provide that number to us as soon as possible.
