Recent improvements to the the Variational Chain Summation method consisting of Fermi-Hypernetted chain summation methods and the Single Operator Chain approximation (SOC) will be discussed.  The three-body cluster contributions to the energy are now calculated without approximation, all four-body and higher cluster contributions are approximated with the SOC approximation. Zero temperature results for Symmetric Nuclear Matter and Pure Neutron Matter using the Argonne V18 and Urbana-IX two- and three-nucleon interactions will be presented.
