QCD Dynamics and Meson Structure: Soft and Hard

An account will be given of recent results and issues in the non-perturbative modeling of QCD dynamics for the structure of mesons---mainly pions and kaons. Processes and observables that are clearly non-perturbative and soft in scale, such as dynamical chiral symmetry breaking, light quark meson masses, decays, form factors and flavor mixing, will be contrasted with those that are at least partly at a hard scale, such as high Q^2 form factors, heavy quark mesons, and pion and kaon parton distribution functions.
