In order for us to arrange your access to the Argonne site
- US citizens must complete the registration form available in MS-Word format here and in pdf format here.
- All non-U.S. citizens as well as Green Card holders are required to provide the information listed on the Non-U.S. Citizen Visiting Argonne Form. An MS-Word version is available here and a pdf version is available here
Location
The workshop will be held July 30 – August 3, 2012, in Argonne’s Physics Division, Building 203. Argonne National Laboratory is located about 25 miles southwest from downtown Chicago.
Accommodation
We will reserve a block of rooms at the on-site Argonne Guest House
(http://www.anlgh.org/anlghhome.html). It
is important that you confirm your arrival and departure dates as soon
as you know them by completing the attached Lodging
Form. Unfortunately, the Laboratory will not allow us to pay for your
room directly. You will need to pay for your room upon checkout and
provide us with your receipt.
