Presentation Guidelines

Papers

All presentations are expected to also have a paper submitted for publication. Publication will be done through JACoW and follow the standard guidelines for JACoW. We are asking that papers be limited to 7 pages. Details for the preparation of your paper may be found here.

Oral Contributions

Oral presentations will be made electronically using the audio-video equipment provided by the Conference Center.

Invited talk: 25 minutes plus 5 minutes discussion

Contributed Oral: 17 minutes plus 3 minutes discussion

Speakers are requested to upload their presentation, in exactly the same way as their contributions to the Proceedings.

NOTE: Presentations must be uploaded the day before their scheduled presentation time in order to allow verification and transfer to the Conference Center’s system.

Please note that in addition to the presentation we require a PDF file of the presentation for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Poster Presentations

Poster boards will be available along with push pins. The usable poster board size is 45” x 42” (114 x 231 cm).

The poster session will take place Monday and Tuesday, June 18th-19th 16:30-18:00 in the Chicago Room.

You may put your poster up any time before the poster session.  Your poster must be on display by 16:00.

Your assigned poster number is the same number on your abstract.  The assignments will also be on display at the poster area.  Please mount your poster on the board labeled with that number.

Presenters are asked to be available for by their poster during the first hour of the poster session both Monday and Tuesday.

You may remove your poster anytime after Tuesday's poster session.

You may also upload a PDF of your poster similar to their contribution to the proceedings. (Details will be available soon.)
