(do this in your login.com file).
This is equivalent to the initial set command call one must
do in order to use the DAPHNE system. Once the hv.cld file
has been processed, the following commands are available for
HV control:
The format of the file is (example):

1 2 600
16 1 900
Here the max voltage on channels 1 and 2 of the LeCroy HV4032A
frame with mainframe address "1" has a limit of 600 Volts and
channel 1 of the mainframe with address "16" has a limit of 900 Volts.
All modules and channels that are not explicitly mentioned
have limits of 0 Volts. I.e., you must edit this file to enable
computer control of the voltages.
