New Policy for Users from Sensitive Countries

Please note that US DOE policy for all visitors from sensitive countries to the ATLAS Facility has changed. Now, no matter how short the visit, a very extensive clearance process must be followed which takes 6-10 weeks. This clearance procedure MUST be completed before these visitors can come on site, even for a short length of time.

Because of this new rule, all visitors (this includes collaborators on ATLAS experiments, etc...) from the countries below need to contact Barb Weller weller@anlphy.phy.anl.gov at least 10 weeks in advance of their arrival to begin this clearance process.
